Do Free Markets Force Altruism?

Many people think socialism means people are helping others. But if you ever lived in a socialist country you know that the bureaucrats you meet are many times disinterested.

However if you are in a free market the person serving you has to be thinking of you. If they only think of themselves they will have to close down. However, if they serve you properly, they have a chance to succeed.
